Hospitality contract or short term lease needed?
Hi,
I'd like to rent out my home on a weekly basis to vacationers but I don't know if it's best to use a short term lease contract or a hospitality contract. I was told that a short term lease may give the lessee to many rights to the property. Also, can you tell me a good website that would provide the type of contract that I need for Arizona. Thank you.
